What is our conference about?

The School of Medicine in English at Jagiellonian University will be organizing a Women’s Health Conference this spring on March 8. The program will feature lectures by physicians and medical students in several areas of Women’s Health, including Family Medicine, Neurology, Cardiology, and more.

The conference committee will be accepting student abstract submissions from those interested in presenting at poster sessions. Submissions can be made until March 6 via email submission to jumc.external.affairs@gmail.com or using the form below. Students with the top abstracts will be eligible to give an oral presentation as part of the main conference program. All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference program.

After the conference, attendees are invited to Sababa in Kazimierz for a post-conference social starting at 6:30pm. The first 40 attendees will receive a free drink as well.


How do I Register?

Regular registration is 75 zl and is available until March 7 at midnight.

Late registration is 90 zl and will be available on the day of the event.

Conference Registration

This registration fee guarantees your entry to the 2019 JUMC Women’s Health Conference as well as food during the event and admission to the post-conference social at Sababa.

How can I submit an abstract to present?

Abstract submissions can be made until March 6 via email submission to jumc.external.affairs@gmail.com or using the following form. The word limit for abstracts is 250 words.


Any other questions?

Display boards for posters are 1,99 meters high by 0,97 meters wide.
